Enjoy 1 new painting project every month. Most paintings will be seasonally focused, planned around holidays and times of the year. This isn't a rule, but will be considered. You will receive downloadable tracers, supply lists and written step by step instructions with every painting. I will be recording a tutorial for each painting as well so you can go at your own pace.
I am an art4Healing facilitator and I have been searching for ways to incorporate the Art4Healing lessons into my classes. This is not something you MUST DO or even feel like you need to try, I find that these lessons can help me loosen up and break through blocks. You may even discover your artistic voice. Heal from past abuse, trauma or loss. I personally did using these methods!
I will also include art journaling and painting techniques designed for self discovery.
Become a part of an amazing community of women supporting women on a mission to live life to the fullest. Become a Creative Warrior.
What is Art4Healing and how does it fit into the Creative Warriors Program?
The simple way to describe Art4Healing is through their mission statement:
Paint, Heal and Grow.
“Our mission is to support emotional healing through art and creative expression for those living in. pain, grief fear or stress.”
Art4Healing® workshops are different than other art programs. The workshops contain strictly guided exercises, rather than loosely formatted art sessions. These exercises are specially designed to elicit emotional responses. Participants leave encouraged, with enhanced clarity and insight.
I am a fully trained and certified Art4Healing Facilitator.
My mission for the Creative Warriors Community
I teach women art and journaling methods as tools for self expression and self exploration so that they can heal and grow. My goal is to support women in their journey to embrace the past, celebrate the present and look forward to a. bright future.
What is “Creative Warriors? “
This program supports emotional healing for women using the Art4Healing® method as well as specific journaling techniques developed by art therapists.

What some students are saying about Art4Healing:
A beautiful process
The Painting Hope workshop at Art for healing, was such a freeing way to reflect, release and refresh how hope has played a role in my life. The opportunity to connect with myself and with others is such a beautiful process.
Beauty out of pain
Art4healing has introduced me to a new way of life. It is very helpful in expressing my feelings and leaving them on canvas rather than having to talk about them. I am able to create something beautiful out of most of my painful memories. These workshops have had a major impact on my life. – Priscila
The easy, yet powerful techniques and non-judgmental techniques of art4healing give expression to the inexpressible that is beyond the spoken language -Judith
Safe and Non-Judgmental
What I appreciate about the art for healing program is that you are creating the space for people. To see what needs to be expressed in a completely non-judgmental and safe way. –Odessa
Like going back to pre-school
I have attended several arts for healing workshops, and they have all. Been GREAT. They are fun, enlightening, and totally cathartic. Don’t worry if you are not an artist, it’s like going back to preschool. Just having fun with colors. I always learn something new about myself, leave feelings so much better. Try this unique experience and see for yourself. - Harvest R
Want to grow? This class can reach places of the heart. Ask yourself if you want to grow. -Anonymous
Art4Healing® vs. Art Therapy
Art4Healing® method is not art therapy. Art as a tool for self-expression and self-exploration. The structure of the Art4Healing® sessions makes clear that the leaders are facilitators of the creative process, not therapists guiding it. ACFH facilitators don’t offer any interpretation or diagnosis.
The focus remains on the participants in charge of their own exploration. The fact that this process is therapeutic DOES NOT make it art therapy.
Art therapy is actually a legally separate institution and field of practice.
I started my art Journey in 2018. I had left my marriage due to domestic abuse and as therapy, I started drawing. Drawing turned into painting and I kept improving my skills. In 2019 I launched my first online classes and began teaching in person art parties. I kept thinking of new things to explore with art and I have now left my career and become a full time artist.
Art brings so much joy to my life in so many ways.
- Creating just to create,
- using art as therapy
- Teaching art4healing sessions.
- Taking photos
- Creating for others,
- Teaching in person parties,
- Teaching online classes,
- Interacting with the students in the communities that I have created
- Helping others find their artistic voice,
- Helping people make money doing what they love,
- Collaborating with other amazing artists...
These are just some of the ways that art has literally changed my life.
